Listen to the ‘Little Gray Book Lectures’

For those of us who love humorous monologs, look no further then the Little Gray Book Lectures. Hosted by author/performer John Hodgeman (The Areas of My Expertise book, This American Life radio show, Deranged Millionaire on TMBG Venue Album music videos). The podcasts offer dry humors takes on all sorts of things, including Dungeons and Dragons. I have down loaded them and put them on my iPod shuffle. Great to listen to when you are sitting and drawing.

To give some more info on what your listening too:

The LITTLE GRAY BOOK LECTURES are a series of readings, songs, demonstrations, discussions, and occasional overhead projections that have been held near-monthly in Williamsburg, Brooklyn since 2001 and are now coming via the air to your wireless receiver.

Like “The Little Blue Book” instructional pamphlets of the 20th century that inspired them, the Lectures are amusing, brief, accessible, enlightening, disposable to some, collectible to others, and always theme-specific. As examples:

Lecture No. 8: How to Throw a Curveball;

Lecture No. 21: How to Measure Misunderstood Genius;

No. 25: The Animals: Are They Our Enemies?;

Etc.
