Jillian Tamaki has a great post on coming up with ideas (thanks Romi) http://www.jilliantamaki.com/sketchbook/2008/10/idea-generation.html
The Bronze Age Blog has a nice post on Eclipse Comics’ Sabre, the first graphic novel that was sold directly to comic book stores and not to news stands. Of course this was back in 1978 and now in 2009 most graphic novels (the physical paper kind) are sold in book stores more then in comic book stores. It’s an intersting read: http://bronzeageofblogs.blogspot.com/2009/03/sabre.html
I am really enjoying the new webcomic Tiny Kitten Teeth. It’s hand painted in full color and is odd and fun. Here: http://www.tinykittenteeth.com/
