Yesterday I was set up with my wares at the San Jose Super Toy and Record show. While the show was not so good for someone selling art and comics, I met a lot of nice folks who I hope to meet again in the future. The show is mainly for folks who are collectors of different type of collectibles.

I was joined by my fellow artist and friend Lex which made it more enjoyable, particularly when we got stuck in traffic driving back for 2.5 hours. It seems that there was a shoot out on the Highway.
At the show there was one person in costume:
Electro(Spiderman villain), Spiderman, and Ghost Rider. click for a larger image
These costumes are the work of this artist/performer at superherostation.com. He takes ordinary spandex costume or store bought Halloween costumes and air brushes muscles and details. Very neat, and he wears 3-4 per different ones per convention. He can usually be found at most of the big cons. My favorite is the Electro which included gloves that actually spark on the fingers. The Ghost Rider costume included shotting fire balls and can be seen in the move below.
