From a message board post on Absolutewrite.com, someone pointed out a neat way to come up with fantsy names: Anagram. The best one I have found so far is at wordsmith.com. Here is the site’s definition of an Animgram:
What is an Anagram?
anagram (an-a-gram) – nounA word or phrase formed by rearranging the letters of another word or phrase. For example, Elvis to Lives.
So RICHARD could be rearranged into CHAR RID, ARCH RID, and RAD RICH. So you could have: RADRICH, evil overloard of the trolls?
Just type in a word and see what it can make out of it. Very cool.
