It’s book number 33 for Asterix the gaulish hero of the international favorite graphic novel series…and just in time for his 45th Anniversary.
As I posted earlier, there is a new animated movie coming out Asterix and the Vikings, but a new original book is even more exciting for us fans.
The official website (click on CODE ‘say 33’) is giving clues to what the story might be about, hidden in the Virtual Village. But for those of us that don’t have the patience for trivia, asterix.co.nz/ has some clues HERE.

A giant promotion in Brussels and all over europe is planned for the anniversary and the countdown to the book’s arrival in October. But with some knowledge that the artist/writer, Albert Uderzo, will be ending the series in the next few books, some big changes are expected. But what changes are in store for our gaulish heroes?
