Today is a magical bunny gal for my daily drawing. I don’t use reference for these drawings, so she is not authentic to any real or fantastical practice of magic arts. But she was fun to draw and inspired partially by friend of mine who is going through some challenges in her life. I really was pleased that I drew her looking serine, calm and confident instead of something more over-the-top.
Today also marks a mile stone for me, I have filled up my first sketchbook for this years daily drawing challenge. The challenge is not over, but there is something really great about holding a book that is (mostly) filled with sketches that I spent some time on. Tomorrow I crack open a new sketchbook, but I still have only drawn 14 of 31 bunnies for this month.
