For todays daily drawing, my constraints were the words Male and Animal. So I decided to have a freakishly humanized crustacean. I know it does not look much like a crustacean, but that is what he is based on. I first drew him by himself in his princely clothing, but decided to throw in the tree and the animals to show some scale as well. I would guess that he was once a small sea creature who has been mutated larger, maybe by magic.

Tomorrow marks the start of the last 7 drawings in this series with a new theme starting in March that will really be hopping.
