This video is experimenting with taking a painting (this done by my friend Linda Carothers) and using Adobe After Effects 5.5 3D effect give it some depth. I think it came out rather well.

thanks. It’s fun to play with, but a very different type of creativity then drawing per say. More logical and analytical, but still creative.
Since I have done some trailers for other artist I was working on techniques that could bring someone else art to life.
I am going to do some samples and will be looking for art to use if you know anyone who would be willing.

Hi Brain,
I found this through the tutorial on Video CoPilot, and I was wondering how you were able to make the keyframes to make it movie like a video? I got the 3D part, because I can move the “video” around in AFX , but I want to be able to use the timeline. :/
