BTGC November update
Well, it’s hard to believe this year will be over soon. Which means all sorts of exciting and nerve racking things going on.
Production of the BTGC Graphic Novel is going along well with a new schedule. My goal is to produce a book that will really WOW all of you folks who are fans of fantastical stories. I plan to have a nice surprise in store for everyone in late January/early February, but you will have to stay tuned till then.

Linda Medley at Comic-Con 2006 notes
Since, while I was at Comic-Con (last July) I was working, I did not get to many panels. The one I did get to was for the talented writer/artist Linda Medley. Her comicCastle Waiting is a big influence on my own work and so I was excited to hear her speak. Through the panel many interesting issues on creating comics came out and I was hoping to be able to pass them on to you. But I never felt confident in my own memory to recount the information. But I just found that someone all ready has on CBR. Emmett Furey posted this piece back in July and it gives a great overview of some of the interesting information that was presented. I hope that we get a chance to see Linda’s OZ work soon.

Saks Holiday windows
I took these in San Francisco at Saks 5th avenue. The same elegant style of figures and details as usual, but with no story. As far as I can tell: a young man looks to the night sky and we see lovely spirits. Any guesses of the “plot”.

BTW: I found photos online that show the same windows in New York last year. The window with the tree is not included.
