Yesterday I had the pleasure of being Redwood City, CA for their annual Forth of July Parade. Below are a handful of photos I took while there. Some might be out of order.
Before the parade started I checked out a car show with some beautiful machines.
Then I got to see the start of a run that was happening on the parade route.
This float from the artichoke growers featured a spinning heart made from the tasty vegi. The theme… the (artichoke) heart of America (get it?)

The shrines had some scary mock cartoon characters….
and the Tales of the Seven Seas pirate group was on hand. I also got to meet this group more personally, to find out more about it…visit HERE (link coming later today)
