Just bought a pack of the Deleter Manga Size (Dojinshi-B5 size book) pre-ruled paper. I purchased it at Kinokuniya book store in Japan Town (right by the register) in San Francisco, CA. They also have a stationary store across the way where I like to by inking pens for my comics.
