I love the High-Tech/Low-Tech of this video that features animated charcoal drawings (or a digital simulation) what I am guessing was done in my old software friend after effects. Very cool.

This is a test for an animated piece I am doing with a fellow teacher from the Cartoon Art Museum which will feature Zoetrope animation strips that were drawn by kids and adults visiting the museum. This is a long term project.

I just found this on YouTube. It’s a Tin-Tin animated feature from the 1970’s, the Lake of Sharks. I really like a lot of the animation and backgrounds, but I wish the voice where more like the series on HBO from the early 1990.
