Classes at ZEUM and MSAT

This post is from earlier this month, I just forgot to publish it. My bad.

On Saturday (May 12, 2007) I taught a class at ZEUM in San Francisco CA. The theme was drawing your Wonder-Mom. I had some great kids come by that made the day really fun.

This is a drawing given to me by one of my students…

Isn’t it cool.

Here are the sample cards I created to show the kids. The drawing on the left reminds me of the work of Phil Folio.

Today (Monday May 14, 2007) I taught an after school class at MSAT, the Marin School of Arts and Technology. The all female high-school group were focused and fun and I felt good with the work they were doing.

Once student, Rachel Knodel created a fun character from a random name “Sweet Hate” who is a school girl who is secretly a super villain. I created the drawing below from her designs.

A big thanks to all my students, their teachers and parents.
